While I was keen (obviously) to get the best possible price for my home, your record of strong sales was not the only factors that prompted me to seek your services. Four years earlier when I was looking for a home in the Inner West, you were the only agent who seemed remotely interested in assisting me. You enganged a great auctioneer on the day and managed to attract a large and very active group of bidders. Unlike another agents we interviewed prior to enganging you, you had a clear sense of the how strong demand for our home may be, and you never tried to manage our expectation downwards – you set a high bar for yourself and then exceeded our expectations.

Mark and Rosalie Gordon made the whole process of selling our home easy. From the outset, they helped us organise minor repairs to the property to really boost its sale price potential, by putting us in touch with excellent tradesman who were willing to work to a budget. They also helped us organise property selling, which I am confident helped us boost the sale price in the end. They also helped us, organise hire a storage space for our excess belongings ahead of the move to our new home. Having access to their contacts was invalueable and saved us a lot of time. There were a lot of things we needed to do to get the place ready for market but really had no idea how to tackle — they made it all easy. When the property was ready to put on the market, they were efficient in organising the photographs and wrote excellents copy of our ad. Once inspections started, they kept us informed every step of the way and made time to show potential buyers through the house outside of normal inspection hours (with our permissions, of course). Most of all, they always answered their phone and emails and never went missing in action — I really appreciated that, having had trouble in the past with real estate agents who make themselves difficult to contact. We were very happy with the price Mark and Rosalie secured for us and for all the strategy advice they provided. I think had we gone any other way we would have ended up with a lower sale price.
