About Rita
Rita commenced her real estate career in 1992 when we first opened Planet Properties and she supported the team on a part time basis while she raised her two children. She was actively involved in supporting the sales team and liaising with property managers for quite a few years.
When we opened our second office in the inner west in 2000 Rita was the obvious choice to become a director and she took charge of the Croydon office overseeing and running the office in the capacity of Principal/Office Manager.
Rita is a proud member of The Real Estate Institute and her ethics have always been paramount. She is a founding member of the” Heart for the Homeless” campaign. She is always ready to support the Inner West community in need of housing or advice on real estate. She has been a massive supporter of local schools such as Croydon Public and PLC Croydon. She donates to several local schools on a regular basis and devotes her time to advising students at careers nights, who may wish to start a career in real estate.
Rita has been the cornerstone of the business and supports and encourages our team, making us the success that we are. She is experienced in all areas of real estate, she specialises in property management where she treats all her properties as if they were her own. Her landlords and tenants respect her for her fairness and attention to detail. She is efficient and gets the job done quickly and expertly. Rita also specialises in the Croydon sales market and achieves exceptional prices for properties with her no nonsense style.
In her spare time Rita enjoys being with her family and friends as well as taking time out to relax over long weekends or short trips to Melbourne for the Australian Open or visiting The Hunter Valley and sampling fine wines over a lovely dinner.
